About The Event
Olney SDA Church is conducting a food drive for Olney Help at the Giant grocery store at Olney Village Center on Sunday, September 14, 2025. We need volunteers who can stand at the Giant entrances and hand out a flyer a requesting that customers entering the store pick up some non-perishable foods to donate while they shop.
There are four shifts through the day, each shift lasting 2 hours — 9-11 am, 11-1 pm, 1-3 pm, and 3-5 pm. Each shift needs four volunteers. To sign up, call or text Corinne Denny at 301-646-0915 . This is a great opportunity to get out into the community and spread the word to others about the help our neighbors need.
